1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Terra Uniqua website and any travel coaching, consulting, educational, advisory, or related services provided by Terra Uniqua.
By using the website or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Services
Terra Uniqua provides personalized travel coaching, guidance, recommendations, educational content, itinerary planning support, and related consulting services.
Our services are designed to help you plan a more personalized and immersive trip. We provide advice and recommendations based on the information available to us and our personal experience.
Terra Uniqua is not acting as a travel agency, tour operator, hotel, transportation provider, or seller of travel services.
Terra Uniqua does not make travel bookings on behalf of its clients.
Terra Uniqua may recommend travel providers and provide links to their websites so that clients can make their own reservations.
Any bookings, reservations, or travel arrangements made by clients are their sole responsibility.
Third-party providers operate independently from Terra Uniqua and have their own terms, policies, prices, availability, and cancellation and refund conditions.
3. No Guarantee of Travel Outcomes
Terra Uniqua provides travel advice, recommendations, and planning support based on the information available at the time and on our experience. However, travel conditions and third-party services can change.
Prices, availability, schedules, weather, road conditions, entry requirements, and the terms of third-party providers may change at any time. Terra Uniqua cannot guarantee the availability, price, or suitability of any third-party service or a particular travel experience or outcome.
Our recommendations are intended to help you make your own travel decisions. You are responsible for verifying important information with official sources and relevant providers before and during your trip.
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

providing accurate and complete information to Terra Uniqua

reviewing the information and recommendations provided to you

making your own final travel decisions

obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents

checking applicable entry, health, safety, and other travel requirements

booking and paying for your own travel arrangements

obtaining appropriate travel insurance

complying with applicable laws and regulations

ensuring that your planned activities are appropriate for you and your travel companions
Terra Uniqua cannot be responsible for problems resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you or from your decisions regarding your trip.
5. Booking and Payment
The price of each service is displayed on the website or otherwise communicated to you before purchase.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Terra Uniqua does not store your payment card information.
Your purchase of a service constitutes an agreement to receive the service described at the time of purchase and subject to these Terms & Conditions.
6. Rescheduling and Refunds
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice may be considered used and may not be eligible for a refund.
Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.
Services booked with third-party providers are subject to those providers’ own cancellation and refund policies.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Where provided for by applicable law, the client may have a legal right to withdraw from an online booking within a specified period.
If applicable, the client may request that Terra Uniqua begin providing the service before the end of the withdrawal period.
Where the law allows the service to begin during the withdrawal period, and the client subsequently withdraws, the client may be required to pay for the portion of the service already provided.
8. Changes or Postponement of your Trip
If the client changes or postpones their travel dates, the itinerary and recommendations provided by Terra Uniqua may require additional research or updates.
If these changes require significant additional work, Terra Uniqua may offer an additional service for a separate fee.
The client will be informed of the fee before any additional work is carried out.
Prices, availability, schedules, and terms of third-party providers may also change between the original and new travel dates.
9. Intellectual Property
All content available on the Terra Uniqua website, including text, guides, pictures, materials, presentations, graphics, logos, images, and other original content, is owned by Terra Uniqua or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
You may use materials provided to you as part of a coaching service for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, or commercially use Terra Uniqua materials without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Terra Uniqua will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or services.
Terra Uniqua is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, cancellations, delays, price changes, service failures, or other conduct of third-party travel providers or other third parties.
Terra Uniqua is also not responsible for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, travel restrictions, internet or technology failures, illness, or other unforeseen events.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Terra Uniqua's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any consumer rights or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
11. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Terra Uniqua, its owner, and its representatives from claims, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of our services or materials, or your actions that cause harm to a third party.
12. Complaints and Disputes
